About the Role
• Supervision of clients and RBTs assigned to caseload (must maintain minimum of 10% supervision per client, per month and also maintain minimum requirements for parent trainings per authorization period)
• Writing treatment plans and updates for clients on caseload.
• Performing assessments for potential clients
• Assisting in the hiring of RBTs and personnel for responsible area.
• Training RBTs and staff
• Providing input and expertise at management meetings
• Taking part in community events to disseminate ABA and advocate for clients as well as advertising.
• Work with and collaborate with other specialists who have an interest in clients’ well-being.
• Speaking to clients’ parents regarding progress or the lack thereof.
• Scheduling and providing parent training sessions.
• Work within the schools to assist teachers when needed
Compensation & Benefits:

Current BCBA certification
