Are you an experienced BCBA looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with autism and developmental disabilities? Brett DiNovi & Associates (BDA) is hiring BCBAs to provide behavioral consultation and supervision throughout Dallas, TX!

BCBA Responsibilities:
Provide ABA-based consultation to individuals aged 12 months to adulthood in home and community settings.
Supervise and mentor RBTs to enhance employee development and client progress.
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments.
Develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and monitor progress.
Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
Provide feedback, training, and support to ensure staff excellence.
Maintain compliance with clinical documentation and reporting requirements.
Uphold ethical decision-making and confidentiality (HIPAA compliance).
What We Look for in a Candidate:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (LBA preferred).
Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Child Development, or a related field.
At least one year of experience supervising home-based ABA programs.
Strong ability to train and mentor Behavior Technicians and motivate clients.
Experience conducting FBAs and progress reports for funding sources.
Reliable transportation for travel within the assigned region.
Physical capability to perform job-related tasks, including lifting, kneeling, and bending.
Compensation & Benefits:
Full-Time BCBA's hourly/salary wages will be determined depending on experience, credentials, and availability.

Standard Work Hours:
Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM, Saturdays 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (varies based on client needs).
28 Billable hours per week.
