About the Role
Case Supervision
Conduct Assessments (VB-MAPP, FBAs, VABS)
Generate treatment plans and progress reports
Provide supervision and training to behavioral technicians
Lead bi-monthly team meetings and parent trainings
Collaborate with parents and school personnel
Participate in monthly group supervision/peer mentorship with a cohort of peers
Participate in IEP meetings
Local travel required

Requirements
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®)
At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with autism
Experience conducting assessments, overseeing new program development and implementing behavioral treatment programs
Strong oral and written communication, problem-solving, and management skills
Must have a reliable means of transportation and willing to travel.
Valid Driver's License
Current automobile insurance
TB Clearance
Criminal background clearance through the California DOJ and FBI.
Willingness to work with children who engage in severe problem behaviors including but not limited to punching, kicking, biting, throwing objects, spitting, peeing, and scratching.
