About the Role
Responsibilities:
Design and oversee ABA treatment programs for children and individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
Conduct assessments to develop and modify individualized treatment plans.
Provide supervision, training, and mentorship to RBTs and behavior therapists.
Monitor progress and modify programs as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency in program implementation across environments.
Conduct ongoing data analysis and ensure the accuracy of behavior intervention plans.
Maintain all documentation and records in accordance with ethical and legal requirements.

Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices in the field.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
