About the Role

  • Case Supervision

  • Conduct Assessments (VB-MAPP, FBAs, VABS)

  • Generate treatment plans and progress reports

  • Provide supervision and training to behavioral technicians

  • Lead bi-monthly team meetings and parent trainings

  • Collaborate with parents and school personnel

  • Participate in monthly group supervision/peer mentorship with a cohort of peers

  • Participate in IEP meetings

  • Local travel required

Requirements

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®)

  • At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with autism

  • Experience conducting assessments, overseeing new program development and implementing behavioral treatment programs

  • Strong oral and written communication, problem-solving, and management skills

  • Must have a reliable means of transportation and willing to travel.

  • Valid Driver's License

  • Current automobile insurance

  • TB Clearance

  • Criminal background clearance through the California DOJ and FBI.

  • Willingness to work with children who engage in severe problem behaviors including but not limited to punching, kicking, biting, throwing objects, spitting, peeing, and scratching.
