Job Description

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Part-Time | $65–$75 per Hour | San Diego, CA

Looking for a BCBA role that offers flexibility, clinical autonomy, and the opportunity to do the work you love? We’d love to meet you!

Our behavior clinic is seeking a thoughtful, motivated, and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team on a part-time basis. This is an opportunity to work in a supportive clinical environment where your professional expertise, individual interests, and clinical judgment are valued. We recognize that great clinicians do their best work when they have the flexibility and support to practice in ways that align with their strengths and passions.

What Makes This Opportunity Different?

We don’t offer traditional ABA and don’t work with insurance panels!
Use your clinical skills and judgment to tailor your services to the needs of each child and family. Use in-home support, parent coaching, and school-based services based on what YOU think is best, not an insurance company!

Clinical Autonomy & Specialization
We want you to bring your clinical interests to the table! You’ll have the opportunity to focus on areas of specialization that are meaningful to you, develop your clinical strengths, and shape your work around your expertise and professional goals.

Flexibility That Fits Your Life

This position offers approximately 10–20 hours per week, with most client-facing opportunities occurring during after-school hours.
Additional opportunities may include afternoon telehealth sessions, parent coaching, and school observations.
We welcome conversations about scheduling preferences and creating a role that works for both you and our clients.

Minimal Administrative Duties

We aren’t a traditional ABA clinic and don’t work with insurance panels. As a result, we can allow you to document sessions succinctly and meaningfully rather than spending time writing out lengthy reports or collecting data. Spend more time doing meaningful clinical work and less time feeling overwhelmed by administrative demands.

A Collaborative, Supportive Interdisciplinary Environment

We are an interdisciplinary team of psychologists, licensed therapists, school/educational specialists, and BCBAs. Join a team that values thoughtful clinical decision-making, professional respect, creativity, and individualized care.

We believe in supporting clinicians as professionals and creating space for new ideas, clinical discussion, and continued growth.
