About the Role
**Key Responsibilities**
Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments.
Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment results.
Provide direct supervision and training to RBTs and other team members.
Monitor and evaluate client progress through data collection and analysis.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistent and effective implementation of treatment plans.
Participate in ongoing professional development and stay current with best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA).
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided.

Requirements
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. NEW BCBA's or those schedule to test and pre-licensed BCBA's are welcome to apply.
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
1 year of experience working as a BCBA, preferably in a clinical setting preferred.
Strong knowledge of ABA principles and methodologies.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Proficiency in data collection and analysis software.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping individuals with developmental and behavioral challenges achieve their full potential. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing individualized treatment plans, conducting assessments, and providing supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
