About the Role

**Key Responsibilities**


  • Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments.

  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment results.

  • Provide direct supervision and training to RBTs and other team members.

  • Monitor and evaluate client progress through data collection and analysis.

  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistent and effective implementation of treatment plans.

  • Participate in ongoing professional development and stay current with best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA).

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided.

Requirements

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. NEW BCBA's or those schedule to test and pre-licensed BCBA's are welcome to apply.

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.

  • 1 year of experience working as a BCBA, preferably in a clinical setting preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles and methodologies.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

  • Proficiency in data collection and analysis software.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping individuals with developmental and behavioral challenges achieve their full potential. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing individualized treatment plans, conducting assessments, and providing supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
