Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and experience working with children in various settings. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to support clients with behavioral challenges, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify behavioral needs.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on the principles of applied behavior analysis.
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
Provide training and support to parents, caregivers, and staff on behavioral interventions.
Maintain accurate medical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
Stay updated on best practices in behavioral therapy and special education.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $82,773.00 – $92,582.00 per year

Requirements
Experience
Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
Licensure in the State of Connecticut or ability to obtain licensure.
Experience working with children, particularly those with behavioral health challenges.
Proficiency in medical terminology and documentation practices.
Familiarity with special education frameworks and strategies.
Strong understanding of diagnostic evaluation processes related to behavioral health.
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
