Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)—Fort Worth, Texas
BCBA Responsibilities:
Work under ongoing supervision from Clinical Director
Training and managing RBTs on your team
Maintain and support positive workplace environment
Provide direct supervision to RBTs within the BACB standards
Model skills for staff and families
Conduct a variety of assessments to identify client needs and to develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
Implement evidenced based practices that are based on ABA principles
Implement interventions that support trauma informed care and an assent-based model
Collaborate with interdisciplinary practitioners for comprehensive care
Maintain accurate documentation and client records including daily SOAP notes
Maintain billable hours as appropriate by caseload and as determined goal set for the caseload by managing a weekly supervision schedule to ensure adequate amounts of supervision for each client and team member
Analyze client progress and update programs and protocols weekly
Perform and implement weekly parent training meetings and document on parent goals
Supervise graduate level supervisees across treatment settings
Insurance correspondence and documentation
Safety management
Attend daily team meetings and quarterly in-services.
Maintain BACB certifications and CAQH account
Other duties as assigned by leadership

Requirements
BCBA Certification from the BACB – in good standing
Licensed in the state of Texas (LBA)
Master's Degree
Management experience
Experience providing clinical supervision
