Board Certified Behavior Analyst—Lomita, California
Reliatus Behavioral Health is assisting in recruitment for a growing and dynamic organization dedicated to providing high-quality, individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities in the Lomita, CA area. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.
About the Position:
This is a field-based position. The BCBA will be responsible for providing comprehensive ABA services, including assessment, treatment plan development, implementation, and supervision. This position requires a strong understanding of ABA principles and practices, excellent clinical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans based on the assessment results.
Implement behavior analytic services as outlined in the treatment plan.
Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) on the implementation of behavior plans and data collection procedures.
Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
Provide parent training and consultation on behavior management strategies.
Collaborate with other professionals, such as therapists, educators, and physicians, to ensure coordinated care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards set by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities.
Stay current with research and best practices in the field of ABA.

Requirements
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing.
Experience working with children and adolescents with ASD and other developmental disabilities.
Strong knowledge of ABA principles, assessment tools, and intervention techniques.
Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience supervising and training RBTs is preferred.
Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
