With our highly competitive hourly rate of $25/hour to $30/hour, you could earn over $45,000/year to $54,000/year while working 35 billable hours per week!
What We Are Looking For: We are currently looking to add several RBTs to our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the client’s home and community-based settings, implementing treatment plans, collecting data, completing session notes, and other ABA related tasks. A qualified RBT must have at least 6 months of experience and be proficient at behavior reduction and skill acquisition strategies as well as possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:
Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home and in community environments
Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA
Data collection and session note submission
Collaborate and communicate clearly with peers and supervisors
Participate regularly in staff meetings and trainings as needed
Assisting in restructuring environments and activities to support the clients’ behaviors
Teaching skills that allow the individual to communicate and/or function more effectively
Review behavior plans and other instructional materials developed by behavior analysts
Facilitate consistent implementation of the behavior plan, and monitor outcomes.
Implement behavioral procedures for acquisition of replacement skills and reduction of problematic behaviors
Data collection as outlined in client’s treatment plan and directed by BCBA
Complete daily session notes in timely manner
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Must have active RBT Certification from BACB in good standing
Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum ritten communication
The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families
Valid state identification card
Reliable transportation
Must pass a criminal background check
Effective verbal and written communication in the English language (Spanish is a plus!)
Punctual and consistent attendance
Prompt and professional communication
Must be able to physically lift or carry 50 pounds, bend, squat, kneel, sit on the floor, as well as be able to reasonably prevent elopement or give chase as necessary to ensure client safety
Ability to receive feedback and follow directions from BCBA supervisor
Demonstrate compassion and patience when dealing with clients and families
Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid, and other training certifications as needed
