About the Role
Registered Behavior Technician—Colorado Springs, Colorado
Direct Therapy - RBTs will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in center, homes, and/or community settings. RBT's will follow client-specific teaching protocols and behavior intervention plans with guidance and support from a BCBA.
Data Collection & Documentation - RBTs will collect data on client programs run during therapy sessions and will complete clinical session notes for each therapy session.
Administrative Tasks - RBT's may be provided optional administrative time to complete various support tasks around the therapy center such as creating stimuli, setting up therapy spaces, and cleaning/disinfecting the center.

Requirements
RBT Certification
The ability to perform job duties and move quickly as needed on your feet for up to 4-5 hours at a time
The ability to bend, squat, or kneel to a child's height level frequently
