About the Role

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)—Throughout Connecticut


We are seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and support individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities during afternoon hours (weekend available also!). As an RBT, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement behavior intervention plans, collect data, and help clients develop essential life skills.  


We are hiring for part-time roles throughout the state of Connecticut!!


Responsibilities:


  • Provide direct one-on-one or group therapy sessions. 

  • Implement behavior intervention plans designed by the BCBA. 

  • Collect and record data on client progress. 

  • Assist with skill development in communication, socialization, and daily living. 

  • Maintain professionalism and ethical standards in all interactions.

Cases throughout the state, including the Groton area, Bridgeport area, Naugatuck area, and more!

Requirements

  • RBT certification (or willingness to obtain).

  • High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field preferred).

  • Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is a plus.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
