Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with autism and developmental disabilities? Brett DiNovi & Associates (BDA) is hiring Behavior Technicians to work in homes & in clinic throughout the Austin, TX areas!


We understand that flexibility is key, and we offer part-time positions that can lead to full-time employment once you average 30 hours per week over a 60-day period. Our team fosters a supportive and family-oriented environment, ensuring you have the training and resources you need to succeed.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Implement behavior plans to support individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.

  • Assist in conducting functional behavior assessments.

  • Utilize Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies to teach essential skills.

  • Provide community-based instruction and functional life skills training.

  • Work in various settings including homes, clinics, and schools.

  • Engage in vocational training and social skills development.

  • Meet physical demands such as lifting, kneeling, and bending as needed.


Compensation & Benefits:


Part-Time Registered Behavior Technicians earn $20.00 to $26.00 per hour based on experience and education.

Standard Work Hours:


Monday – Friday, between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM (varies based on client needs).

Requirements

What We Look for in a Candidate:


  • Passionate about working with individuals with autism and related disabilities.

  • Strong interest or experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

  • Reliable transportation for travel within assigned areas.

  • Commitment to ethical practices and high-quality care.

  • Must have RBT certification (Registered Behavioral Technician).
