About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Stanton and Cypress. As an RBT, you will play a crucial role in providing support and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities. Your primary responsibility will be to implement behavior plans and strategies under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Requirements
Have a valid RBT Certification
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
Knowledge of ABA terminology related to behavioral health
Familiarity with behavior management techniques and strategies
Ability to implement care plans as directed by the BCBA
Proficient in collecting and analyzing data on client behaviors
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients, families, and team members
Excellent organizational skills for maintaining accurate records and documentation
Driver's License (Required)
