About the Role
As our Speech-Language Pathologist, you’ll play a key role in:
Partnering with our leadership team to build an integrated speech and ABA program.
Developing innovative approaches to incorporate speech therapy into everyday ABA sessions.
Providing direct speech therapy services focused on language development and communication for children aged 18 months to 6–7 years old.
Collaborating with BCBAs and other team members to create cohesive, learner-focused treatment plans.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For
A licensed and certified Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP).
Experience and knowledge of SLP billing codes and practices.
A passion for working with children on the autism spectrum and integrating services for greater impact.
A team player eager to shape a new program and contribute ideas to enhance our services.
Someone who values collaboration, creativity, and a learner-centered approach.
About the Company
Chrysalis Autism Center opened in Rock Hill, SC as a not-for-profit 501c3 organization in 2008, providing Early Intensive Behavioral Intervention (EIBI). EIBI is based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, a research-proven method of treatment for children with autism.
Chrysalis services children on the spectrum in the York, Clover, Chester, Kershaw, Lancaster, and Mecklenburg areas. Early Intervention is crucial for developing young children with autism to their full potential. EIBI focuses on the "Learning to Learn" skills necessary for children to become successful participants in their families, community and educational environments. Our quality programs are both exciting and effective, emphasizing language, communication, imitation, play, social, and self-help skills. We are a BCBA-run organization.
The mission of Chrysalis Autism Center is to provide young children with autism opportunities to learn essential skills that are necessary to develop satisfying family, community, and educational connections.
