I began my career as a special education teacher, later advancing to the role of a district-level Autism Specialist for a public school system. I eventually went back to school to get my certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. After nearly two decades in educational settings, I transitioned to clinic-based work, occupying roles such as clinical supervisor, associate clinical director, regional director, director of clinical services, director of training and supervision, and owner.
I have been a BCBA since 2010 and have been providing supervision since 2014
My areas of expertise include adolescent and adult populations, school- based settings, training, managing challenging behavior, and ethics. I also provide mandatory mentorship for certificants who have been cited by the BACB for ethics code violations.

Hi! I?m a BCBA with 10 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. I?m new to this platform but bring 4 years of experience as an RBT and 6 years as a BCBA.
Throughout my time as a BCBA, I?ve spent four years providing direct treatment to clients, something that has always been, and continues to be, a strong passion of mine. Because of this, I understand many of the challenges and day-to-day interactions that RBTs experience.
In recent years, I?ve focused on integrating mindfulness and other mental health strategies into my work to support clients more holistically. I?m also currently pursuing licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist, as I believe this will further enhance my ability to empathize with clients and families and support them in creating lasting, meaningful change.
